Ordered a $2,000.00 from the Greenwich, CT. Store which they had delivered from the Stamford, CT. Store as was a "floor item". Bike got delivered late....was very dirty and I had to clean it....delivery personnel had no idea how to operate it in the least.....did not deliver owner's manual or requisite tools with the item.....3 tires were completely flat and had to inflate myself. Greenwich Store folks eventually delivered all the missing stuff a few days later but, the experience was quite poor. Had a Peleton Bike delivered a week later and, that experience was "exceptional" in every regard.

On my second visit to the store I was standing around for at least 10 minutes while the man helped a customer. A woman employee was sitting there observing. I was ignored the whole time until I left.

Poor customer svc, felt like it was my fault for asking " when will I receive the product I Paid for". Just Wait!!!!😁

Purchased brand new True Treadmill September 2016 .. broke down less than week later. After Service it broke down before I owned a full month. Very disappointed. I previously purchased a True Treadmill 20years ago and I only decided to replace it to upgrade ..

Sales man was great. Delivery guys were friendly. However, a mat was delivered with the elliptical. I purchased a mat but was never entered in my purchase order. The delivery guys returned and took back to mat instead of going to gym source 1 block away & getting another one. I was very upset because I thought I already purchased one. I didn't mind going back to gym source to pay in person or have my credit card billed. My husband called the store to have the problem resolved. He was told he would receive a call. Which the return call NEVER was received. Two weeks later we back to gym source store to explain our problem. We also notice our elliptical had a cut from a box cutter. He stated the best way to be contacted is by his cell and he gave his number. And was told someone will call my husband back to talk about his experience. He still has NEVER received a call back. We purchased our elliptical in July and we are in September.

I'm sorry to say that I am highly disappointed with Gym Source. I have purchased high item equipment to smaller items but I won't return. Shortly after purchasing our treadmill my wife and I suffered a financial crisis and wished to return the item but were refused. There has left us in a very unstable position and one that has only increased an unexpected burden. To add to this we recently realized that the treadmill will not record mileage over 10 miles and needs to be restarted. This may not sound like much but my wife and I told the sales clerk (who otherwise was very nice) that we were ultrarunners and would be putting some serious miles on the machine. So now we are stuck with something that doesn't really serve our needs but is also a very large financial strain. We have tried to resolve this with your company but no one seems concerned outside of profit. Sadly. My wife is retired Air Force (disabled) and I am a full time caregiver for my elderly father - eventually we will work through our financial circumstances - but our future fitness needs will be met elsewhere. Again, sadly. I enjoyed the store and the workers there (all very helpful for their part) but the refusal to help a family for the sake of profit means we will take our business elsewhere, along with our recommendation (I am a personal coach/trainer) Thank you for taking the time to read this feedback.

I bought a ton of equipment and they ripped me off on cheap mats. Not cool.

They sold me barbells and then a barbell rack that did not fit the barbells. Then they add you to their email marketing list without asking. Not cool.
