Horrible service. Refund policy is through email. I got in contact with someone on phone, but they stated they only Handle through emails. When you inquire about a refund they don’t respond.

Ordered a barbell over a month ago. Was told the product wasn't in stock and would take at least 3 weeks to be delivered. No big deal. I requested a refund. Was assured it would be handled. This was a month ago. I've reached out three times via email. One time via phone where I was told no one can help me except for the email address I've been corresponding with. Totally understanding of the whole covid19 situation, but processing a return is a digital task so this excuse holds no weight. I would highly recommend NOT using this vendor for anything as they have not been able to handle a simple task. Will never buy from them again. Unfortunately since they've done such a poor job refunding my money, I now have to be the crybaby who runs to the internet to leave bad reviews.

I ordered a 12 pound weight a month and a half ago. I spent way too much because they were the only ones who had stock. They charged my credit card. I can not get in touch with them. Nobody will call me back. I tried to chat online. I tried to email. I have heard nothing.

Absolute scam. I placed an order on April 1, when my card was charged immediately. I should have recognized the red flag then. Usually, you should only be charged when your order ships. After not hearing from Gym Source for several days I tried MULTIPLE times to get in contact with someone to get an update on my order with zero response. It wasn't until I finally attempted through the website when someone reached out only to tell me my order was back-ordered and wouldn't ship for months. She said she would cancel my order and refund, but have since heard NOTHING from them, and have not received a refund. I am livid.

Total Fitness-- Thank you! I came to you under stressful conditions, having waited for my elliptical from Gym Source in Stamford, from 1/2- 3/2/20. After 8 weeks of waiting being told repeatedly it would arrive any day soon, being denied talking to a manager, and lied to, I finally got smart, called the manufacturer and asked for another distributor. Enter- Total Fitness. I spoke with Brian who not only matched the price, & delivered my machine 1 week later with no drama, but did so with courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism. I love my elliptical and recommend Total Fitness for any equipment you are planning on purchasing. They are honest, easy to deal with and customer attentive.

Thought I was getting a good deal on a BH fitness treadmill that retailed for $2499 and was told it was a top of the line unit.First one was replaced by BH fitness after 5 months and the second one I trashed after 30 months with only 300 miles on it after 2 new motors and 2 circuit boards.Unlike places like Costco,Sams,BJs and even D*cks sporting goods once you leave the it's between you and the manufacture.Gym Source doesn't even carry BH products any longer and is very vague on why not.When you buy at Gym Source you are on your own and this is why people buy at the big box stores and Gym Source is not that small.

In April 2017, my husband and I paid $5600 for a Cybex elliptical from GymSource (Tarrytown Road, White Plains). Since we got the unit, it has been making an excessive amount of noise (clunking with every pedal stroke). We’ve had it serviced by Gymsource approximately 15 times, to no avail. I asked to have the unit replaced, as they have replaced almost every piece they say could be making the noise, but it’s still ridiculously loud. The store manager refuses and tells me to contact service. The last time I called, they told me the warranty was about to expire and that even though we’ve had ongoing service problems, they cannot extend it. So now we are stuck with a unit that makes a ton of noise, apparently can’t be serviced, and if we do want it serviced we will have to pay for it. I would NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

FROM HUMAN RESOUCES THE WOMAN THAT WORKS THERE IS AND ABSOLUTLE DUMMY!!! SHE DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE TO WHAT IS GOING ON SHE SENT ME A WELCOME LETTER THAT HAD ANOTHER EMPLOYEES NAME ON IT. WHEN SHE HAD JUST SPOKEN TO ME. THE EMLOYEES IN HOLLYWOOD ARE TALKING ABOUT HOW MUCH MONEY THEY MAKE WORKING IN A STRIP CLUB. THERE IS GIRL THAT IS SO ARROGANT AND LAZY AND DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING!!!! SHE BECAME FRIENDS WITH THE MANAGER SO SHE DOES NOT HAVE TO WORK!!! IT WORK LIKE A CHARM AS THE MANAGER WAS SO DISCONNECTED TO WHAT WAS GOING ON!!! THE MANAGER SHE IS ALWAYS ON HER PHONE, MAKING PERSONAL PHONE CALLS. THERE ARE EMPLOYEES THAT WORK IN THE WAREHOUSE THAT ARE FIGHTING EVERYDAY AND SOUND LIKE THEY ARE KILLING EACHOTHER. WHEN THEY WERE TRAINING ME I HEARD SOMEONE SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF THERE LUNGS I DID NOT KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON AND THE EMPLOYEE THAT WAS TRAINING ME TOLD ME THAT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR A VERY LONG TIME. WE JUST IGNORE THEM I SAID HOW COULD YOU IGNORE THEM THEY SOUND LIKE THERE KILLING EACHOTHER. THE MALE MANAGER PLAYS STUPID AS HE STAYS AWAY, FAR AWAY FROM THE WAREHOUSE PRETENDING NOT TO KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON MEANTIME HE HAS EMPLOYED THESE INSANE INDIVIUALS FOR YEARS. THE PROFANITY AND THE CONDITIONS OF THIS PLACE IS BEYOND BELIEF. THIS IS A HOSTIL ENVIORMENT, DO NOT APPLY TO THIS DUMP IF YOUR LOOKING FOR EMPLOYMENT!!! TO SAY THE LEAST!!!
