Everyone was nice and helpful, both in the store and with the delivery.

We have the True PS-825 for about 2 weeks and are really happy with it. The motor is very quiet compared to our old treadmill, and it is very easy to use. The delivery guys had to take it apart to get it into our basement but that was expected. Once they had it in there they put it back together and tested it and all was good. Looking forward to trying some of the programmed run/walks in the system.

I had a fantastic purchase experience from the in-store staff's knowledge and professionalism to help me select the Elliptical that exactly fit my needs to the delivery crew that were on schedule, removed my old equipment and set-up my new equipment! I've been shopping at Gym-Source for quite some time but this was my first larges purchase to date and I know it won't be my last!

Jim was very knowledgeable Victor and Partner were amazing when they delivered and removed old Bike. Love my new spin bike and lost 5 lbs

Chris was very helpful- I called first to verify that they had what I was looking for. He had it in stock and quoted me a price. He then gave me specific directions to the location and when I arrived, he was polite, cheerful and professional.

I highly recommend Gym Source - Framingham! Matt Terrell in sales was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. The installation crew was great! Showed up within the window promised and were extremely careful when bringing my new Cybex Arc Trainier into my house!

Just what I needed: well made equipment, knowledgeable staff, good prices, and prompt delivery at the store.

I recently purchased a treadmill for my home gym from Gym Source. I was extremely impressed with the whole purchasing experience. The gentleman who sold me the treadmill was very knowledgeable about the equipment, helpful and not at all pushy. In addition, setting up the delivery process was simple and convenient. I had an older treadmill in my gym that was no longer working, and wasn't sure what I was going to do with it. I was thrilled to learn Gym Source offered a service to remove it while delivering the new treadmill. On the delivery date, I was kept well informed of the delivery plan and the people doing the delivery showed up exactly when they said they would. Delivery and setup was easy and efficient. Very impressed with Gym Source and will only buy my home gym equipment from them from now on!
