Great customer service !

We were looking for a new recumbent bike and was self-generating. John found us a good model a a discounted price.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery was fast, efficient, and they even arrived before their scheduled time. Overall very pleased.

Would recommend others to go visit

Looking for a home rower for my husband and contacted Gym Source for a model I had seen well reviewed. While they did not carry that brand, the manager, Ken Kirlis, described another comparable model, which did not feel like a hard pitch. He followed up with an email announcing a sale, bringing the cost down significantly. We bought it, delivery guys were awesome and my husband is very pleased with his early Christmas gift. Will definitely recommend and shop there again ourselves.

Great experience and had all of our concerns addressed. We really appreciated the honest answers and not someone just trying to sell us the most expensive piece of equipment. Plus he stayed opened late just so we could make our decision.

We visited the store and the salesperson was extremely helpful. He helped us narrow down our choices and explain various features. He was very responsive to subsequent emails and phone calls. Delivery was within the time window agreed to and the delivery men were polite and quick. I'd buy from Gym Source again.

I went to the store and checked out a spin cycle. Brian was very helpful and helped guide me to what I was looking for in a bike. I would recommend Gym Source.
