We did not feel pressured or pushed in any way and were given honest feedback about the products. Even the delivery/setup team was great! They were professional and asked if I needed any instructions on how to use the treadmill we purchased. I ordered two monkey rings with the assistance of the sales person in the store. Unfortunately, I'm not able to recall her name at the moment. She is always very friendly, polite and gives in store exceptional service! The order was shipped and received in a timely manner.
