Not A.
Under promised - Over delivered
The company under promised and over delivered. The job was bid clearly. There were a few problems during the installation. The owner of the company caught them and corrected them without us ever having to say a word. That would have been enough but they worked hard to make sure we were satisfied. We will use them again and have recommended them to our neighbors.
