A very outdated and unnecessarily unfriendly HR system
From an applicant’s perspective, the entire experience is frustrating and poorly designed. The platform feels old, slow, and unintuitive, with an excessive amount of long forms and repetitive questionnaires that take far too much time to complete. Instead of simplifying the hiring process, it creates unnecessary stress and wastes applicants’ time with endless manual input, duplicated information, and clunky navigation. In 2026, candidates expect a smoother and more modern experience, especially when applying for professional roles. This system feels disconnected from current usability standards and gives a negative first impression of the company before any human interaction even happens.
