Pray you do not have to call customer support. Upon opening the box of items I had ordered I noticed an item was missing. I called the support number three times because I could not understand the agents due to poor connections, garbled audio and their poor english speaking skills. Clearly this was an overseas boiler room. I was hung up on twice. The information I was able to make out made me think the customer support agents didn’t seem to be able to understand the issue or how to resolve it. I was told I would be on hold for 2 to 3 minutes, but was on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up and tried again. On the fourth call and after an hour of trying to get my issue resolved, I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor I spoke with seemed to be located in the US, the phone connection was perfect and she understood immediately how to resolve the issue. I received an email while I was still on the phone with the replacement info. Terrible customer service from overseas seems to be an ongoing pattern. I wonder how many customers they have to lose to do anything about it like reassess their support model and who they contract with for support. They need to ensure the support staff is adequately trained in both systems and communication skills. They have lost my business.

I received rotten iris, immediately took pictures and reached out to the customer service email asking for assistance in sending me a replacement. No response.

Still haven't received items that were ordered on 9/24/2026. Shallots for fall planting needed by w/o 10/19 for my planting area, listed as ready to ship 10/21 - 11/4 so unclear if will arrive too late or not.

I purchased an e-gift certificate for my sister last Saturday 10/10, and while I received confirmation of “shipping”, she still has not received. I have contacted customer service twice without resolve. I am told that “shipping” will now occur between 10/17-10/24. Very disappointed. Have purchased various trees previously, and was very satisfied.

The only problem was the internet speed! It was so Slow I made me make mistakes ordering! It took a long time to make my order.

Its been a week, and order hasn't shipped. Would not recommend.

Free shipping with $75.00 order didn't happen. Charging me $17.00 for shipping anyway. What gives??????
