Not all of the plants arrived in yesterday’s shipment. 2 of the 3 packages of plants that did arrive yesterday, arrived dead, with dry shriveled up leaves! These plants were a birthday present for my wife.

Have the person on the phone not end the call. I was patient in trying to apply the replacement certificate amount. If she had waited longer, it would have worked and it did. Gurney's is too complicated for me in its on line ordering.

Your site is inconsistent in accepting payment by credit card. It’s a very frustrating experience.

The website promoted no shipping if the order was over 75.00. My order was 93.00 and website applied a 22.99 shipping charge. No code was sent to my email as promoted by the website. Called customer service and agent couldn't help or provide a discount code. I overpaid 22.99 for "free shipping" that was incorrectly promoted on the website. Please get some CS agents that can understand the issue and help in the future.

I built a garden bed for strawberries, decided to give these guys a shot. Called customer service they said they would ship September 1, but didn’t end up showing up till the 16th, and every one of them are dead, customer service is terrible, definitely out of country and the phone was so static. I could barely hear what the guy was saying and he didn’t want to give me a refund. I was hoping to have them in six weeks before the first frost which would have given me strawberries next summer, but now I have to buy plants in the spring.

I spent over $400.00 on two 5 ft. Arborvitae trees. The trees began browning immediately after I put them in the ground despite being in good soil and watering them with a drip system. I contacted Gurney's only to be told they were just going through transplant shock and if they died within a year I would receive a complete refund. The trees died, however when I contacted Gurney's about my refund, I was given the run around and a bunch of delay tactics. I sent the pictures of the dead trees 4 time and they continually claimed no pictures were attached to the emails despite the fact my sent folder confirmed the pictures were indeed attached each time. They clearly have very poor plant stock, they give you the run around if you try to claim your refund as promised and they try to blame their email system even though the customer has no control over Gurney's choice of email. I will NEVER purchase anything from Gurney's ever again and I will be filing a complaint with my bank to get my money back.
