Did not ship guide rod, received a note later it was BO'd. When it arrived it would not allow the spring to sufficiently compress. Spring just buckled. Sent a note to customer service, said they would have customer service contact me, which never occurred. Basically I wasted my money with no recourse. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I needed this spring to allow me to shoot lighter loads for my CC permit, ended up using a different gun. Steve

Placed an order a week ago with no shipment going out and zero communication. Asked for an update two days ago - zero response. While my order is not really urgent, this lack of communication and terrible customer service is unacceptable. I will not buy there again and recommend not supporting such shitty business practices.

This company is fantastic! Prices are great and the product is wonderful. It's hard to find a company like this anymore. I can't thank them enough for finely made product and wonderful customer service. If you have any spring needs, these are your people!
