Dear Donna Jarosinski, We are sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration regarding these charges. After carefully checking our records, we were unable to locate any order associated with your information on our official website. Please note that we do not authorize or encourage purchases from third-party or unofficial websites. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the authenticity, billing practices, or refund policies of external sellers. Our refund policy only applies to purchases made directly through our official platform. We also want to clarify that we never authorize duplicate charges without customer consent. If you were charged for an additional order you did not approve, we strongly recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider immediately to dispute the transaction and protect your account from further unauthorized charges. For safety reasons, customers should always consult their healthcare provider before starting any supplement, especially if they have medical conditions or concerns about ingredients. We truly sympathize with your situation and encourage you to only purchase through verified official sources in the future to avoid misleading third-party sellers and unauthorized billing practices. Sincerely, [Gumitied Gummies]

Dear Consumer, We are sorry to hear about your experience and understand your concerns regarding the billing and product results. Customer satisfaction and transparent ordering practices are extremely important to us. After reviewing your comments, we would like to clarify that charges higher than the advertised offer may occur when purchases are made through unauthorized third-party websites or additional options are selected during checkout. We always encourage customers to order only through our official website to ensure accurate pricing, secure transactions, and eligibility for our official refund policy. We also respect that every individual may experience different results with wellness products, as outcomes can vary depending on lifestyle, consistency of use, and personal health factors. We appreciate you sharing your feedback and are sorry for the stress this situation has caused. If the purchase was made through an unofficial seller, we recommend continuing to work with your credit card provider regarding the disputed transaction. Thank you for bringing your concerns to attention. Sincerely, [Gumitied Gummies]

Dear Holly, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the interaction you had. That is absolutely not the level of respect or professionalism we want anyone to experience after placing an order with us. Our goal is to support every customer based on their personal wellness goals — whether that’s losing a few pounds, feeling more comfortable in clothes, improving energy, or simply building confidence. We understand that everyone’s body, lifestyle, and journey are different, and no one should ever feel judged or pressured into unrealistic expectations. We also want to mention that the person who contacted you may not have been part of our direct support team, as this behavior does not reflect our company values or the way we treat our customers. We take feedback like this seriously and will continue looking into it internally. Please know that we try to make things as easy and stress-free as possible for our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within the 60 or 90 day return period, depending on the offer you received, and we will gladly provide a refund. We truly appreciate your honest feedback because it helps us improve. Again, we are very sorry the conversation left you feeling disrespected, especially when your goal was simply to feel healthier and more confident in your own way. Sincerely, [Gumitied Gummies]

Dear Beverly Cenatiempo Emerson, We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we’d like to clarify a few important points. First of all, it appears that your purchase was not made through our official website. We strongly advise customers to buy only from authorized sources, as we cannot guarantee pricing, product authenticity, or refund policies from third-party sellers. Unfortunately, purchasing from unofficial websites can sometimes lead to situations like the one you described. Secondly, our official policy is transparent, and we do not engage in misleading pricing or unfair refund practices. If you had purchased directly from us, our support team would have properly assisted you with a return and refund according to our terms. We understand your frustration, but we kindly request that concerns be directed toward the seller you purchased from. We also encourage all customers to verify they are on the official website before making any purchase to avoid such issues in the future. Sincerely, [Gumitied gummies]

Dear Donna Hoots, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations. While we understand that taste can be a key factor in overall satisfaction, it’s worth noting that many customers have shared positive feedback and describe the gummies as having a pleasant and enjoyable taste. However, we recognize that individual preferences can vary, and we respect your perspective. We’re glad to hear that your refund was successfully processed through PayPal, though we apologize for any confusion caused by the additional shipment. We also appreciate your diligence in researching ingredients and verifying product claims before continued use—this is always a wise approach. Regarding endorsements, we recommend verifying any claims involving public figures through official and trusted sources, as online advertisements can sometimes be misleading. Thank you again for your honest feedback. It helps us continue improving transparency and customer experience.

Dear KRB, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We respect your opinion and understand that experiences can vary. We would like to clarify that at no point do we compel or pressure individuals to purchase our product, and we are committed to maintaining transparency with our customers. Our intention is not to confuse or mislead anyone with claims of unrealistic results or promote products without potential benefits. We strongly believe that supplements should be used to support a healthy lifestyle that includes proper diet and regular exercise, not replace it. We also encourage all customers to do their own research and make informed decisions before purchasing. Your feedback is important and helps us continue improving how we communicate and serve our customers.
