No response from customer service after 4 emails and nearly 1 month...
Tried to return an iPhone case purchased for a friend for Christmas. Sent an email via the Contact Us link on their site, which promises a reply within 24-48 hours. 4 emails and 24 days later, still no reply. Do not give them your money.
