GuitarJamzReviews of guitarjamz.com

Just one star because it's impossible to give 0 stars. They don't reply to my several mails, I'm life member and have never received any update. It was so good when Marty managed. Now it's a shame. Guitarjamz don't exist any more.

I have purchased a number of dvd courses and liked them. Purchased some online as well and was happy. Now they have gone down hill. Purchased an online and never got it. No response from customer service. Got an email for. Special deal but the site has a much higher price when you go to purchase. Quality has fallen dramatically- shame they were one of the best

Do not ever, repete ever have anything to do with this shady operation, no phone number no answers to emails ,nothing and I am supposedly a life member. They make used car salesmen look like angles

Bag of sh it would never use them ever

Total scam. Keep on taking money from my account and do not respond to any of my multiple emails requesting a refund. Have reported them to my bank. Do not purchase ANYTHING and give them your bank details as they will continue to charge your account for things you have not purchased. Total scam

I asked for a refund as the material the delivered is outdated and useless and nothing as promised. Thy say they have a 365 days money back refund no questions asked policy BUT they NEVER responded to my request = Fraud Do NOT buy anything from them = Its a scam I now have to contact my credit card company to try to get my money back

I made a wrong order and wanted money back but no answer

Ordered their tapes years ago with a “lifetime membership” and that they will “Always send out new tapes as they are made or updated” Total lies...never received any updated/new stuff and when I have emailed them...they never return with even a “get lost”. Original tapes weren’t bad....but non-existent customer service gets them a zero stars if it were an option. Thanks for the horrible service Tim.
