They also say: "we are able to help you with your patent and intellectual patent" which indicates they are using a canned website. They use this phone number 551-400-8706 for text spamming in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA); businesses and other commercial operators are prohibited from sending unsolicited, unwanted text messages to non-consenting parties.
