Submitted an order for a service which initially stated ETA of 1-12 days then changes to 25 days. Order delayed for 4 months before I could get a refund. Another service I used has taken 5 months now without reply (rejection since it's unlikely to work). Still waiting for their reject action. I've sent messages to their email, telegram, and WhatsApp but they act like they don't know what I'm talking about. Sometimes they reply; "hi. Will check." Or "what really do you need bro." acting like they don't see the previous messages and the order # I've stated for them to check and reply. I have $168 locked up on their server for all these months. Customer's been on my neck for sometime. Bad customer service.
