I recently had an issue with my Thermador induction cooktop, displaying a confusing "E" on the left side of the burners. After reaching out to two other companies who were hesitant to tackle the problem, I was fortunate to come across Global, and they proved to be a game-changer. The technician from Global was not only efficient but also displayed a high level of expertise in handling complex appliance issues. Their willingness to take on the challenge of fixing my Thermador induction cooktop, which other companies were reluctant to touch, speaks volumes about their commitment to excellence. What set Global apart was their ability to troubleshoot and resolve the problem promptly. The technician not only fixed the issue but also took the time to explain the root cause and preventive measures. This level of transparency and professionalism is truly commendable.

I recently had a refrigerator repair done by Global Solutions, and overall, I had a positive experience. The technician who came to my home was both kind and polite, creating a comfortable atmosphere during the service. One aspect that stood out was the efficiency of the technician. The repair was completed promptly, and it was evident that the technician was skilled and knowledgeable. This efficiency is something I appreciate, especially when dealing with essential home appliances. The cleanliness of the technician also deserves recognition. It's refreshing to have a service professional who respects the home environment and leaves it as tidy as possible. This attention to cleanliness enhances the overall customer experience. The repair cost roughly 600$ including parts replaced. The brand of the refrigerator was Liebherr. In summary, Global Solutions did well in terms of technician behavior, efficiency, and cleanliness. To further improve customer satisfaction, I would suggest addressing the transparency of pricing to ensure customers feel confident and informed about the costs associated with the services provided.

I couldn’t be happier with the service. They fixed both my oven and dryer on the same visit. They were great and very knowledgeable. The technician even took the time to explain to me how to better use my other appliances so they will last long.
