Not sure what these 4 other reviews are talking about, but these guys have always been responsive and quick to address our needs. We often get a high-level American tech when we send in a new glitch introduced by firmware updates. We've been using their routers for years and they do a great job of keeping our LAN safe and clean for our kids. It’s very important to us that our kids are not able to stumble upon something horrific on the internet and it breaks my heart that our nation doesn’t stop this trash from being easily accessible. The last positive thing I’ll share to support this amazing company is that they don’t require a monthly subscription! SOOO many companies out there that keep the internet safe for kids require a subscription and it makes having internet too expensive. THANK YOU SO MUCH Gryphon!!!

Absolutely horrible

This company creates moody software products that stop suddenly and then start up again. It happens multiple times a day, and there has been little improvement even though I filed multiple complaints.

The software is easy to use but had too many glitches for my liking. After every few days, a glitch makes it impossible to use my system. It hampers my productivity! WORK ON IT!

We were referred here by a colleague who swore by their services. We however did not get value for our money after using one of their products for a couple of months. I would recommend you do your home work before working with them.
