Exceptionally Poor Experience
Categorically, the worst customer support of any software company I have ever encountered. No one ever answers the phone, the live chat is excruciatingly slow, and never manages to fix any issue you most definitely will encounter. The clunky software feels like we are back in the 90's. It is meant to seamlessly integrate with your website - except it doesn't. It has been packed with 'features' that barely work and it fails to deliver even the most basic tasks well. Super disappointing.
