I would give zero stars if that was possible. The worst experience I’ve had in my entire 30 year career with a vendor. Things started off well. Then our account rep quit about two weeks into the project. Wrote us an email about some pretty poor business practices to say the least that were happening at the company. The CEO jumped into the Slack channel and said he would now be our account manager. For over three weeks, I was messaging him and the team to set up a meeting. Most of the time no one would respond. Eventually I’d get a reply from the CEO, who is basically trying to avoid having a meeting. He finally gave me a couple of times. I picked one and said send me an invite because I don’t have your email address. I never got an invite. And he wasn’t available on Slack at the time of the meeting. And I’ve never heard from him since. We were a paying client. This was not the prospecting phase. We lost tens of thousands of dollars on this literally.

I had a disappointing experience. I didn't want to turn my camera on during the call, and instead of explaining the policy or asking to reschedule, the salesperson simply disconnected the call without saying anything. A simple response like, "Would you be able to reschedule for a time when you can have your camera on?" would have been much more professional and respectful. Based on this interaction, I would not want to work with someone who communicates this way.

Amazing company. Really provides results. Not only will they generate 1 million reviews within a couple of months , but it will keep growing. I really am impressed . I booked a discovery call, and Luke never showed up. He later mentioned he had an emergency which can happen, of course but he didn't cancel or notify me beforehand. I scheduled a second call for the following week and even emailed him in advance to confirm and he confirmed it but he still didn't show! I would never trust someone who fails to show up twice without so much as a heads-up. If this is how they treat potential clients, I'm glad I didn't hire them.
