I loved Scaling Up dearly. The opportunity to be in a course with like-minded people was amazing. I wanted to give a special shout-out to Xime for all her hard work and excellent communication skills! She was on the ball the entire time and we always felt that we could get a quick, reliable response. Talking to Herb, Daniel, Verne, Roberto, and Rick was an absolute treat. They provided insightful answers to all the questions I threw their way. If I were to change ANYTHING about this course, I would suggest reviewing some of the grammatical and spelling mistakes in some of the material. I would be more than happy to go through the course again and make notes of everything I find that needs revision. Sometimes it caused my OCD mind to have a difficult time grasping the information that was being presented.
