Growin Estate is not a bona fide company. They have taken 2 months to refund nearly $600 to me that they promised in writing at the beginning of February. This is what they say: Please note that the process is taking some time, but we assure you that everything is documented in writing. I unfortunately have to write off my money they have not refunded!

I have been in real estate for 20 years. I get at least 5 texts/emails or calls a week from companies like Growin Estate "promising" vetted leads. I finally took the bait on this one to see if it was legit. I thought it was worth the $350 sign up fee....just to see if it is a valid system. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY on these guys or any other lead companies you have never heard of...they all seem to have the same MO...data mining and sending fake leads. -I have had 7 leads in 6 months. I only talked to one lead on the phone and this lead actually called me back because he was wondering what I was talking about. He had ZERO idea how I got his information and why I was calling. -I got a lead from a town that didn't exist. -I got a lead looking for commercial space, though I clearly signed up for residential. -I got leads with a seller address that did not match the tax records. You get the picture....farm neighborhoods, follow up with your sphere....don't waste money on these businesses.

I wish I had read these reviews earlier . Like Gabe , 6 months in after many calls with Alex and Sam telling them even prior to the 60 day cancellation cutoff , that I was not happy, I have not received one qualified lead and have been told I did not uphold my end of the contract. Please read the reviews and do not engage with this company .

As per most of the reviews already, Growin Estate did not honour their end of the contract and refused to refund me after months of terrible-quality leads that have not rendered a single closing yet. Unfortunately, I would probably be spending more money to hire a lawyer than I would actually recieve back. Total scam. Don't ever buy leads from these types of sites.

No real leads. Their time is spent recruiting and retaining agents as opposed to generating leads. spend your money on other advertising.

Growin does not honor their end of the contract. Any attempt to obtain a refund is denied, even when the request is generated within the 60 day contract period. Total scam and advise anyone to avoid doing business with this company.

Growin Estate is a fraud company that does not provide quality leads. They steal your money but never provide leads. If they do offer leads, they are garbage leads. They send the same leads to all realtors. This is a big scam. They charged me $3500 and promised to provide a minimum of 100 leads, but they only sent 15 garbage leads. I regret signing up with Growin Estate. They promised high-quality, vetted leads, but the reality was far from it. I paid $599 USD for their “Standard” package, expecting 4-5 qualified leads per month in my target area, plus “live call transfers.” Instead, I received 10 leads over five months, none of which were serious buyers or sellers. Many leads didn’t match my area, and most were unresponsive. When I asked for a refund, as promised in their “money-back guarantee,” I was given endless excuses. They kept stalling, offering more useless leads instead of honoring my refund. Eventually, they claimed my refund request was void because I had spoken to one of the leads, even though that lead wasn’t viable. Their customer service is all smoke and mirrors, with fake-sounding departments like “Compliance” designed to delay and deny refunds. On top of that, their Trustpilot reviews seem heavily manipulated. Read the 1-star reviews—they’re far closer to the truth than the glowing 5-star ones. Look for my Medium.com article for the full story with screenshots. If you’re a realtor looking for legitimate leads, stay far away from Growin Estate. They overpromise, underdeliver, and make getting your money back nearly impossible. Save yourself the frustration and find a company with a pay-per-referral model instead.
