I ordered a heated bodywamer I tracked all the way until they told me it 2as delivered to Baillieston which is not my address I have had ping pong emails still no further forward so disappointing to wait weeks on something and now getting no response now ..would like my money back not a good company to buy from

SCAM! Placed an order for a spring stick on 22nd of December. At the end of January emailed asking for a refund as I didn't receive the product - received only BOT automated reply. A week ago, I messaged on Facebook, and of course, there hasn't been a single message back from this site. Terrible business practices...

If I could do a zero star review I would. Total SCAMMERS. Advertised a heated gillet including batteries but package did not include them. Fobbing me off with excuses but still same advert on their website. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS

I ordered a heated gilet and battery but only the gilet arrived. I emailed Growhabity to find where the battery was but met with nothing but obstruction. I escalated to PayPal but their buyer protection has proved to be ineffective as I am being asked to return the item to Hong Kong at my expense despite it being sent from a UK depot. This makes the return unviable and appears to give me less protection than I get with UK consumer law. Google Growhabity before you but anything from them, and read the PayPal protection policy as it may offer less protection than you thought.

I ordered a Stained Glass Kit to make my own glass ornament. I thought it would be a nice new challenge for 2024. What I received was a cheap plastic facsimile of the thing that I would have made. Their "ever-so-helpful" chat bot just insisted it was sorry I didn't like it, but the right thing had been sent. 20 quid lost, but my own fault really. Never falling for targeted Facebook advertising again! Avoid this company, they're crooks.

Ordered two glass mosaic kits for a total of $45. I received two plastic 'finished', mock mosaic shapes of very poor quality, and was charged $55! Atrocious rip off website. Trying to get a refund is nigh on impossible - endless automated messages back from them, rather than actual customer service. I am now going to claim my money back via PayPal.

Avoid this company at all costs - It is a rip off. Ordered an item after looking at the website making out it was 4 - 7 days for delivery - 3 weeks .... item turned up with important parts missing and poor quality - They ignore emails and I have a dispute with Paypal trying to get my £40 refunded - AVOID - DO NOT USE GROWHABITY
