Bought ferns and after waiting 6 weeks they finally arrived. The color is NOT realistic at all. Customer service basically said”sorry”. No refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered 3/30, still haven’t received my order. I have contacted customer service and waiting on a response. I am going to let PayPal know the merchandise never arrived. I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing. Don’t waste your time or money!

Ordered 4 Boston Ferns March 24th and still have not received... Company is giving me the run around saying shipped and yet tracking has been in Halifax since April 16th... Now they are telling me it's in China. Do not trust this company.. I spent over 100 dollars and not getting my order .. better business bureau is my next step. Tammy D

I ordered on March 21st 2024 and finally got them yesterday 5/2/2024, after complaining to Pay Pal. They are not the size they advertized. It would take a boxfull of them to make what they advertized. Trying to get them to respond and refund my money but no luck so far. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.

Complete scam! Spent $80 on 4 “silk” ferns and got plastic very bright green dollar tree quality product. Trying to initiate a claim with PayPal as this a false advertisement. NOTHING like the advertisement. I will also attempt to get a refund from the company as well but I’m not going to hold my breath. They overcharged me to begin with and it took 3 weeks for that refund. Ordered March 23 and recd from China May 3
