Thanks for your comment, Shrekbaddie92. We understand that everyone loves free stuff—but please note that the items listed on our shop are not giveaways. They require a valid order and payment to be delivered. Leaving a 1-star review in exchange for demanding free items is not a fair or acceptable approach. We’re happy to help with any purchase and always aim to deliver quickly and accurately. If you’re interested in specific pets like a shiny fox, aged dragonfly, or top-tier T-Rex, feel free to place an order and our team will make sure everything is arranged properly. Thanks for understanding, and we’re here if you have any questions!

Hello there, We’re really sorry for the frustration — your order has been completed, but due to a temporary Roblox server issue, there was a delay in delivery. We understand how disappointing that can be, especially when you’ve done everything right. Please rest assured: you have not been scammed. Your dragonfly is on its way, and we’re here to make sure you receive it. Thank you for your patience, and we truly appreciate your understanding during this Roblox outage. Hi, Thanks for your feedback—we understand your concern and want to help clarify things. We assure you this is not a scam. Our platform supports secure debit and credit card payments, and we use 3D Secure (3DS) verification to ensure every transaction is properly authorized by your bank. If your payment failed, it may be due to missing 3DS authentication, high device risk flagged by your bank, or bank settings that block certain types of online transactions. We never charge your card unless the transaction is authorized. If your bank didn’t notify you, it’s possible the payment was declined before it reached the authorization stage. For added security and success, we recommend trying to place your order from another device or browser. We're happy to support you through the process—please feel free to reach out directly and we’ll guide you every step of the way. Your safety and satisfaction are our priorities!
