To the negative reviews from straight, white, cis, males: Not every space has to be a mirror for your majority status. The fact that you think they need to be is the quintessential example of privilege in action. As a member of the majority, most spaces are already meant for you, so why do you think every space has to be? It does not. That uncomfortable feeling you may be having is only the slightest insight to what is means to be marginalized. Stop and consider what it might be like to feel that way everywhere. MBEs and WBEs add greater diversity of thought and expression to the business world. They need be supported not chastised for creating more leaders in a workforce sorely lacking in diversity. They make us all better for it. I too am a straight, cis, white male. I have worked with Grovider in both group and individual coaching sessions. I have always walked away with deeper insight, being simultaneously challenged & encouraged. I can’t recommend them more highly.
