Groupvestors draws inspiration from a tradition practiced across cultures for generations — known as Susu in West Africa, Partner in Jamaica, Tanda or Sol in Latin America, and Ajo in Nigeria. Communities have always pooled resources to help one another through hard times. We didn’t invent that idea. We organized it for modern homeownership. We help homeowners and their personal networks — family members, close friends, trusted community members — create the legal and administrative structure needed to act together. That includes LLC formation coordination, equity participation documentation, contribution tracking, and the workflow support that turns a willing circle into an organized one.
