Hey David, I think you have us confused with another app. GroupFun is, and has always been, completely free. Technically, we are not even set up to bill anyone for anything, and you will never see any type of payment forms on our site. No upsells, no micro transactions, no paywalls, no method to accept any sort of payment whatsoever. We certainly don't charge for replies... I humbly ask that you pls retrace your steps, confirm that our site is in fact 100% free, then remove this review. Cheers.

Hi Adam, your account wasn't deactivated, it was "flagged" by our our security system. This can happen for many reasons, all of them are focused on the safety of the community. Sometimes people get flagged, due to VPN issues, sometimes people get reported by other members, sometimes it is just a mistake on our part. Hey Michael, very sorry that your experience was less than perfect. Lots to unpack here. First, people don't get banned for no reason. Randomly banning active members is a bad business model for any dating site. More than likely, something you did (mistakenly) triggered a security feature, now it is asking you to prove that you are legit.
