Everything this seller wrote in their “reply” is just damage control and has nothing to do with what they actually gave me. The screenshots and accounts they are showing in their response are NOT the accounts they delivered to me, they are just random example accounts they use to pretend everything is fine and to make it look like I am lying. In reality, what I received was completely different from what they are now showing in their public answer. I also do not have any option to reply directly under their reply on Trustpilot, so I am forced to create this new review to defend myself and tell the truth. I reported every single problem to their support chat in detail, multiple times, and they have now deleted those conversations so I cannot use them as proof against them. This is extremely dishonest behavior and shows clearly that they are trying to hide any evidence of unhappy customers instead of fixing the issues. On top of that, they decided to BLOCK my account right after I left a negative comment. If what they claim was true and their service was really as advertised, there would be absolutely no reason to ban me. A serious support team would contact the customer, explain clearly, and try to solve the problem. Instead, they chose to silence me by banning my account. If I were really wrong, they would not need to delete my support messages and ban me from their platform. They would keep the history, answer me with transparency, and clarify everything. The fact that they removed my chats and blocked my account just because I was not satisfied and left a negative review proves exactly what kind of “service” they are running. I am warning other people: be very careful before giving them your money.

Thank you for your feedback, you dishonest reviewer. You say I didn't provide you with the tools I showed you. So let's ask, "Why would we buy these tools worth hundreds of dollars just to show you or others and not provide them to our customers? And only take a few dollars from you?" Everyone should put a question mark over your comments that you are lying to people about this. If you were my customer and you would receive the tools, but unfortunately, you are a reseller and want to sabotage us with these bad reviews, You shouldn't use these lies to justify your fraudulent business practices. If you are another seller, compete fairly instead of doing this. All the information we provided is true, everything is clear about all those tools, and we are still providing them to our customers. Once again, we will continuously improve our services. We will make sure that more customers are satisfied when purchasing our services. We will do this to compete with you. Change your approach and you will have more customers, instead of leaving negative reviews about us. It won't help you gain more customers. Once again, thank you and best wishes to this lying friend.
