I really would not recommend shopping…
I really would not recommend shopping here, they had a brooks hyperion max 2 on sale, that a friend posted and that several of us in the community placed orders for. Heard nothing for a few days and then payment confirmed and out of nowhere the order cancelled without any communication, highly recommend staying away from here!

Unreal
I ordered my shoes on April 21, 2025. I am supposed to receive them May 6, 2025, which is tomorrow. Ridiculous.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. The shoes did not fit and when I returned them I was charged $8.95 for shipping plus a 15% restocking fee. Most companies do not charge anything.

The store sent me the wrong item and will not refund money
The store sent me the wrong item. They then said they did not have the correct item, and they have not refunded my money. They made their policy clear to me: if they send you the wrong item, an item that may be worth $50, instead of the $200 item they were supposed to send, they will not refund any money unless you correct their error by going to the fedex store and send the item back to them within 30 days. This is their stated policy.

Purchased a pair of shoes on Amazon…
Purchased a pair of shoes on Amazon Wednesday for delivery Friday. No delivery Friday and no longer at this address. I contacted Amazon 3 times to cancel or reroute but they will not respond. Grivet Outdoors is a scam store. They take your money and don't ship the product. They also don't answer correspondence. Don't get ripped off by GRIVET OUTDOORS, THEY ARE THIEVES

I order from Grivet Outdoors on Amazon
I order from Grivet Outdoors on Amazon. I paid extra on shipping to get my shoes in 2 days. It's the end of the week and Amazon says my order is delayed. I'm starting to think I'm not going to get my shoes at all. My shoes haven't shipped. Anyhow if I do get them I'll be returning the item because I ordered from a 3rd party seller that has excellent reviews. My mistake was I didn't check the reviews of this place first. I had a feeling something was funny because when I placed my order I didn't get a confirmation right away like I normally do.

Order Canceled Slow to Refund
My order was canceled because they didn’t have the item but I was not credited. It’s 2024 get inventory software that works. Update: was refunded days later.
