My refund amount was significantly different than my purchase price. I returned 2 items of the same cost and was refunded different amounts. No explanation was given. I returned items within the time frame and items were never used.

I should have read these horrible reviews before ordering online. Ordered shoes, waited 3 business days and emailed Grivet asking for the status. Zero order status communication after the sale and they don't answer their phone or email. $96.00 ripoff

Poor customer experience. Purchase was made and confirmed. One week later the purchase was canceled with a notice that there was insufficient stock to cover the single item. The item still shows for sale on their website in the same size and color. Buyer Beware.

Order hasn’t shipped

I ordered my bag from the picture it was colourful and then I recieved it black.when i sent to you you replied that its the description not the photo that is correct and that your website don't put them matching I'll never buy from you again

Ordered Hoka One One Women’s Transport Running Shoes from Grivet Outdoors and they arrived filthy. The box was worn, there were no papers, and the shoes had stains, heavy creasing, and dirt on the bottoms. They came with regular laces instead of the elastic quick-toggle laces new pairs always include, and there was no spare set either. Trying to sell used shoes as new is unacceptable. I emailed right away and have not heard back.

I ordered a puffer vest but it was too small. I printed the 'free return' shipping label but when I brought it to the post office was told that the shipping label was bogus. I had to pay $9.25 for the return shipping, for which I was not reimbursed. Buyer beware.

Prior to purchasing, (new buyer) thought returns were no hassle. Must be in the fine print, charged when shipping back items that didn’t fit.
