I had an excellent experience. Sadé spent so much time answering my questions, giving me tips and correcting a lot of false assumptions I had about eating and being healthy. I would definitely recommend GRITS service to anyone who asked. The time and effort was unmatched. I felt like a friend because of follow ups and even recipe sharing.

I am beyond thankful for Sade and her assistance in gaining back control of my life. She is beyond knowledgeable and genuine. She isn't doing this because of money, but it is something that she is passionate about. I came to her for nutrition counseling, after the first initial call. I left feeling like I honestly had someone that cared about my overall health. She definitely put everything on my level so I would understand what I had to do. I am beyond grateful for her and look forward to future sessions.
