GrichsReviews of grichs.com

I purchased the iPhone cases from Grichs Facebook advertising for my iPhone Air , iPhone 17 pro max , and two cases for my iPhone 17 pro. Now it have been six and a half months after purchased, Grichs never sent me the parcel , I try to send Grichs email and ask for the tracking number according to the order numbers but there are no answer , it was my fault to believe in the facebook advertisement and not checking Grichs reviews. Hope my review will help people out there to avoid buying the products from Grichs.

this was their add: Pure Titanium Grass And Vine Fountain Pen, Office Titanium Alloy Art And Signature Ink Fountain Pen with 3 nibs. i got the nibs but not the fountain pen that was supposed to be with it. i've emailed them twice already and nothing. this is on me for not checking this company out first to see the reviews. This is a chinese company out of china and like most of these companies they are cheats and liars. DO NOT BUY FROM CHINESE COMPANIES Period. if i could i would give them a minus 3

I ordered a Neewer macro head at Grichs, but what I received was not the one, they showed in the add, nor as stated in the invoice, but a cheaper one. It took almost a month to deliver the head and the box was poorly packed and damaged. They don't respond to my complain, nor can I get a return label from Grichs. I'll never order anything from them again.
