Working with Greg was an absolute pleasure. He knew his diamonds and helped me with the entire process. Communication was a breeze and he was very flexible in regards to setting up appointments or allowing walk ins. Would not hesitate to go back!!

I brought in old pieces of gold jewelry to be melted into a ring. They were quick, gave market rates for the gold and very easy to work with. The turn around time was surprisingly fast and am very happy with the outcome.

A knowledgeable, caring staff with great prices. Gregg, Michael, et al. are always willing to help you make the perfect choice - and always seem to have just the right thing in stock. New customer or repeat, major purchase or small - they treat you with kindness and respect. Their professionalism, vast knowledge, and courtesy has earned them a lifelong customer and I tell everyone who will listen about them.

Gregg Helfer Ltd has given me the best jewelry shopping experiences. They are attentive to my needs/wants. They are priced extremely fairly for the high quality and the staff makes you feel like the most important person in the city. Gregg goes out of his way to find you want you want if he does not have it in stock and there are no limits to what they are capable of designing. I would recommend highly!

We came to Gregg from a recommendation from a friend. He walked me through the process of picking out rings and what to look for. I did not feel pressured nor did Gregg ever try to steer me away from what I wanted. He understood what I was looking for and helped me out tremendously. I'd recommend him to any of my friends and family.

Not only do these gents know a thing or two about jewelry, they are fantastic people who are personable and a joy to be around. I look forward to visits rather than worried about being taken advantage of like at large commercial jewelers (James & Sons, Zales, Jared, Kay, etc.). I recommend them to anyone I know in need of jewelry.
