I had the pleasure of working with Gregg to purchase a ring for my wife for our 30th anniversary. It was a great experience. Gregg is knowledgeable and gave us many good ideas. The value for the product was exceptional. It was a wonderful experience. I will never buy jewelry in a jewelry store again! Thank you Gregg Helfer!

Have used Gregg on multiple occasions, including purchasing an engagement ring. He is knowledgeable, personable, takes time to listen, and provides excellent product at a fair price. Would highly recommend him.

I was very satisfied with the two rings Gregg helped in designing for me. His customer service as well as his staff was outstanding. He assured me that at any time if I was not satisfied with my rings, that I could come back and he would "make it right." I have had several compliments regarding the jewelry I purchased from Gregg Helfer and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for jewelry

We've worked with Gregg for almost 20 years, starting with my engagement ring... He has beautiful jewelry and can find whatever it is you're looking for. We've purchased necklaces, rings, bracelets, and earrings from him - and we've always been very happy. We trust him implicitly and always recommend him to friends and family when they are shopping for something special.

My wife and I worked with Gregg Helfer to upgrade the diamond for her ring and replace my wedding band. We had a great experience for both purchases. Gregg coached us in how to select the right diamond to fit our budget, and gave us a very fair offer for trading in some old jewelry. The private jeweler experience with Gregg Helfer makes buying jewelry an enjoyable experience.

I was referred to Gregg by a mutual friend, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. The whole team is extremely friendly, and they seemed genuinely excited to help me find the perfect engagement ring. I had done some diamond research before my visit, and Gregg was happy to fill in the knowledge gaps so that I knew exactly what I was buying and why I should feel confident about my purchase. I went back several months later and purchased the matching wedding band and had my grandfather's ring redone, all for a very responsible price. Great people to do business with, highly recommend.
