Bought a reciprocating saw in February and it broke at the end of August. Used the contact form to report fault under their 3 year warranty on 1 September and heard nothing. No phone number available or email, just a contact form. Hopeless!

A company with the names Greenworks Shop.ping also www.lawnmower-store dot com is a scam site but the site is still up and running. I paid for a set of hedge trimmers which never arrived but they took multiple amounts, each of over £25 and two for over £40 from my account that went to Khazakstan and also to Taiwan. Messages to them were obviously unanswered
