Hi Loic, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. It looks like your order may not have been placed through our official website. We couldn’t find your name in our system, which suggests you might have purchased from an unauthorized or imitation site. Our official website is not greenleafpowder.com Please email us a copy of your receipt at [email protected] , and our team will be happy to assist you.

Hi Dat, we’re so sorry to hear about your experience. Please note that we do not process any payments through PayPal — it sounds like your order may have been placed on an impostor (fake) website using our name. Unfortunately, those sites are not affiliated with us. Our official website is greenleafbait.com— please order only through there to ensure safety and authenticity. If you’d like, you can email us at [email protected] with any details, and we’ll help you confirm the source of your order.
