I paid for an order almost two weeks ago and have not received any update about the order being processed or shipped. I tried to reach out via email and instagram but my messages are ignored. I will update this review if i get a response soon. If there is a valid reason for delay like the fresh cutting needs to dry i can understand but if there is no communication and customers are simply ignored after paying than that is bad business practice imo. Update: seller reached out to me and will be shipping soon. Obviously i cannot comment on the quality of the cuttings yet, but in any case some patience may be required when ordering Update 2: After the initial ‘radio silence’ the seller really came through. Both in communication and in delivering some really nice quality cuttings so i feel overall five stars are deserved. From ordering to receiving took 21 which i think is reasonable.
