I was living in New York and searching for investment opportunities when a friend recommended this company. I reached out and connected with Sarah, who assisted me for over two months. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, I secured a fantastic investment property with 95% funding. Her knowledge and attention to detail are truly remarkable.

I sent my information via replying to their advertisement last week, Sarah from the company reached out to me the next day and asked some questions to prequalify me. She explained the steps and process which made sense and sent me company information and application to return. I returned application to her on Monday and today she sent me pre-approval letter which is beyond great!, I usually do not hear back from loan reps and this is amazing she was actually working on my file and got it approved. Thank you Sarah for the great job you're doing!

I just bought my first house through them, their loan process was very fast and I received approval next day with great terms and cash back closing. With current loan rates I was very skeptical and wasn't sure how it will work out but they found me 3 loan options to select from let me decide the terms. Great service!
