The February 3. I ordered a gift for my boyfriend. A tiny microscope for 65$. They transferred the money immediately. Shortly after I receive my order confirmation which says they are busy and the delivery might take a few more days than usual. Usually being 1-2 weeks. His birthday was the 24th, so I accepted this and waited.. but I never got it. I emailed the company 7 times (!!) saying I wanted to annulle the order and demanded the money back. But only got one reply saying it was too late since it was already being packed and shipped. Never the less I didn't receive - of hear anything from the company - before may 12. Terrible company - terrible costumer service - and bad quality of products. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Oh my God, I wish I had saw these reviews because I would not have never order from Bestgood-Shop which also uses the name Greatgoodsdeal of on Jan. 6, 2020. I sent them this message:. Feb 22, 00:41 AST I have ordered so much from your company and not as of yet received a tracking number on my Order #21083 or Order #22139. The message that I received from them was that I will receive a tracking number and I should receive my items within 3-4 weeks and even give me 10% off on my next order ..... When I review my order the message that comes up now is "The checkout page you’re looking for does not exist". They are a scam.

Do not buy from here - is a total scam. They will take your credit card money and you will never hear from them again.

I have NEVER in my life come across a more dishonest, unprofessional company in my life. If I could give them negative 10 stars I would. I ordered 10 LED Balloons (buy 10 get 5 free) for a total of almost $50.00 after 6 weeks of not receiving the balloons and the event that they were ordered for had passed, I filed a Paypal claim for "Item not received". At that point the company should have just refunded...but instead, NINE days later they shipped the "order". (once the package is marked as delivered the Paypal case is automatically closed and decided in the seller's favor.) When I opened the package there was one HALF of ONE balloon. Yes, you read that right one HALF of one balloon that was purposely cut in half. These scheisters sent a package with basically NOTHING in it in order to win the Paypal case against them. Of course, I was not about to let my hard-earned money go to these charlatans so I called Paypal and had them reopen the case as "Item not a described". Then this company had the nerve to require me to ship the 1/2 a balloon back to them, AT MY EXPENSE, in order to issue a refund (Let me guess, they will then try to claim that I didn't ship back what they sent) So I had to call Paypal AGAIN, to let these sellers know they will need to provide a prepaid shipping label if they want their 1/2 of a balloon back. The saga continues. But the bottom line is BUYER BEWARE! Stay far, far away from this company.

Same story for me. Placed an order in mid February and instantly got an email saying it would be 3-4 weeks to ship. The took the money out of my account when I placed the order. Since it has been five weeks now I thought I would check on the order status and the email address given was undelivered!! That's when I decided to check into this company. Absolute FRAUD

Been dealing with this company for over a month. Right after I ordered I received a email stating I wouldn't receive my items for 4 to 6 weeks. That's not was stated when I was placing the order. That same day I asked them to cancel and send refund. Weeks later I received another email apologizing for them not having workers to process orders and they would be returning to work in like 10 days. Again and again I've asked for a refund. No communication for another week or so. Finally received a email that they were unable to cancel the order because it was already being processed. BS!!! I asked for the refund the same day I was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks to receive. I'm going to report them and request my full refund.

I ordered from this company special offer on their red big bear roses for valentine ordered 3weeks prior for feb. 14 2020. Got email will be late for 2weeks. It’s March 2020 my wife have not receive them. Then tried to search for the website it’s down they can’t be reach. Hope you reading my comment I want my money back!!!!!
