Needed to reset the motor for the…
Needed to reset the motor for the shades I purchased 4 years ago due to multiple remotes on the same chanel. Contacted customer suport, all they needed was my amazon order number. Located my purchase right away and provided pdf manuals. Less than 2 min chat. This company is great.

We had a problem with a blind motor and contacted Graywind. They shipped us a new motor and walked my husband through installation over the phone. We have five installed in our home and we ❤️ them.
We had a problem with a blind motor that was less than a year old. They shipped us a new motor and walked my husband through installation over the phone. We have five Graywind blinds installed in our home and we love them.
