Prompt and helpful support!
After about 11 months or so, the motor on one of our blinds stopped working (but the rest were still perfectly fine), and the Graywind support via Whatsapp was truly awesome. They responded quickly and sent me the replacement part and an instructional video. It was easy to replace, and I really appreciated their promptness and helpfulness. You gotta love working with a company that has good support! Would definitely buy from them again given how helpful they were.

Graywind customer service is fantastic
Graywind customer service is absolutely fantastic. Ray has helped us a few times and he's awesome. I wish all companies had customer service as good as Graywind.

I've enjoyed my Graywind blinds for years
I've enjoyed my Graywind blinds for five years. They have retained their functionality and beauty. I did have one problem with one of the zigbee motors after years of service, and Graywind support sold me a new motor at a generous price, so I'm back in business. I've been really impressed with their product and their service. They're here for the long haul.

Great Experience
Great customer service. Communicated with me to verify all measurements etc were correct prior to starting my order. Delivery was right on time and the order was exactly as I had requested!! Great experience all around! Love my blinds!
