Excellent Customer Service – 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an issue with my new motorized zebra shade after installation and contacted Graywind for assistance. Their customer service was excellent. They sent me a video showing me what to do and then personally talked me through the adjustment while I was working on the shade. They were patient, knowledgeable, and stayed with me through the process until everything was corrected. The shade is now working perfectly and I’m very happy with it. It’s easy to sell a product, but the real test is how a company responds when a customer needs help. Graywind really came through for me. Great product and outstanding customer service. My Graywind blinds worked for 3 and 4 years each, no problems whatsoever, until one of them finally glitched. I made an easy online tech appointment, we worked through possible solutions in a Zoom call, and they determined that one of my remotes had gone bad. Even though I was long out of warranty, they FedExed me a replacement, and using the emailed instructions, got it back working again in a matter of minutes. I couldn't be happier with the care that Graywind took with me, and continue to be impressed with their products!
