Great Customer Service
I was very confused about measuring and made many mistakes. They always confirmed and were very patient and accommodating fixing my order before they processed it. A real person gets back to you in an extremely timely manner, and they were very very nice, polite and kind.

The shade was easy to install and fit…
The shade was easy to install and fit the opening well. The product was also shipped out very quickly and arrived sooner than expected.

We ordered an arch blind for our living…
We ordered an arch blind for our living room in April and it worked just great… exactly what we were looking for! It is motorized, meaning it goes up and down. Unfortunately in September something went wrong but Iris at Graywind was very helpful and we were able to have the problem solved with her help!!! There are a lot of companies selling their merchandise but when a problem arises they just ignore you but that isn’t the case with Graywind!!! We want to THANK especially IRIS and her team assisting us!!! We truly love our livingroom arch blind! Thank you Iris! Linda & Herbert

Excellent Customer Service and Website…
Excellent Customer Service and Website Experience I am writing this review solely about my experience with Graywind’s customer service and their website, as I have not yet received the product. Zoe from the customer service team was incredibly helpful in clarifying product details and ensuring my order was correct before proceeding. I also used their live chat, which was very responsive during business hours and a nice quick check while shopping for custom shades. The website itself is very pleasing to use. Being able to edit and reorder the same blind from your cart, or update custom shade options without starting over, is a fantastic feature that many competitors lack. My only minor critique is that the PDF order confirmations are somewhat poorly formatted and hard to read. Overall, a great ordering experience so far!

I love this shade
I love this shade! It's sleek and very eye catching. We had an issue with the remote and customer service made it right very quickly. The installation was a bit tricky. If the clips were bevilled a little more it would have snapped in better. But we got it.

Ordered an Arch shade for our bedroom…
Ordered an Arch shade for our bedroom and love it. Only issue was the remote but Graywind customer service was great and sent me a new one that works perfect! We are able to program it to go up and down at scheduled time. Recommend

Great panel blinds
The panel blinds are very lovely and work nicely. They slide very easily. The only drawback was that they were not easily installed since it was installed on a sliding glass door and needed two people to manage installation. However, the final result was well worth it.
