First order arrived fast…
My first order arrived fast but when attempting to install, they were the wrong size. A message came in regarding panel size that I misunderstood. Because of the misunderstanding, I placed a second order. The second order didn't go as smoothly as the first and the reason for 4 stars. I absolutely love the panel blinds that are finally up!!

I purchased 6 shades for my sunroom
I purchased 6 shades for my sunroom. Delivery was timely and the shades were very well packaged. Shades were also cut to the exact size as requested. My shades were outside mount and due to the window trim I had to extend the brackets out a 1/2 inch which the enclosed brackets did not allow. I resolved this issue by attaching a piece of trim above the window. Also the enclosed screws were too small so I had to get some with added length. Instructions for the remote were a little vague and I’m still working on the stop limits. I read that establishing groups was a nightmare so I might pass on that.

I love the blinds
I love the blinds. They work great. The only reason for the 4 stats is the setup was a little complicated, but once set up they work great!

Easy and reliable
Easy to install, works without any problems so far , we've owned them for 7 months. I like that remote that works without wifi. I wish they were a bit quieter but the noise they make is not too loud

Everything about your ordering process…
Everything about your ordering process , and the product itself is great. I was not pleased with the installation instructions and how they were presented to the end user. I would prefer an instruction manual with good detail and step-by-step instructions. Watching movies without sound was frustrating. Eventually, my wife figured out we had to go online and use our order number to get specific instructions, for installation and use. The on line manual was very helpful but I do not believe Gray wind does a good job making it clear how to find these instructions from the get go.

These were just as ordered
These were just as ordered and quite easy to install. The color is perfect, just what I needed to lighten up the room. I purchased samples which made picking the colors much easier. The problem with buying online is that you don't get a close look at the finished product. While the fabric is perfect, I didn't realize how much space would be visible around the top without a valance for an inside mount. The final look is still clean and uncluttered.

Excellent Customer service,and great product…
Customer service is excellent even after almost a year and using my motorized shade, they're very still very helpful once l reset my shade and it wasn't functioning properly. The quality of this product is is excellent and I'll recommending and purchasing in the very near future.
