Ray from Graywind was wonderful
Ray from Graywind was wonderful. I had an issue with the color and he sent me samples and was patient while I looked at options. and then when the valences did not match he offered to replace to ensure they all looked the same. Excellent customer service. I will recommend to our friends! Thank you, Ray.

Electronic room darkening window shade
Custom made shade was built to exact dimensions I specified and fit great ! The color and design was exactly as shown on Amazon. Just some minor confusion on installation but the Graywind staff stayed in daily communication and clarified everything to my satisfaction. Very pleased with our purchase !
