Overall a great product experience!
Ordering was easy. We appreciated the order confirmation process to ensure product would work before being charged for the product. Blinds look nice, work great in our space and so far function as described.

Graywind provide prompt support with my order
Graywind provide prompt support (via email) and allowed me to make a needed correction to my order. They were prompt in response, and helpful throughout the process. I'm looking forward to installing these motorized TDBU cellular blinds.

Top Notch quality and customer service
We have 3 electric blinds. All operate extremely smoothly and are connected to our Google home for automated use. The fabric color and texture is the same today as it was 2 years ago when we brought these. We've had to check in with customer service several times over the two years regarding connection issues. Each time they have been very responsive to our needs. Professional and highly concerned about customer satisfaction. In each instance our issue was resolved to our satisfaction. If we ever have a need to purchase more blinds we are definitely returning to this store.
