Great Customer Service
There was a problem with the product I received, but Graywind corrected it promptly. I am very pleased with my motorized blinds. They fit perfectly in my trapezoidal windows. I plan to order blinds for my skylights next!

First we bought to see if worked as…
First we bought to see if worked as promised. The order desk doubled checked our measurements, the DIY install was a snap and the blinds were set up so they stopped exactly at the bottom!!! Wow. Six more blinds followed quickly and BAM they work great. Daily use has the batteries lasting 6+ weeks. The magnetic connector for charging is a winner. We’ve told all our friends (rare event) and now you know too.

I cannot say enough wonderful things…
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Graywind customer support team! They went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot my motorized vertical blinds. Everyone I worked with was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and determined to make sure everything was working perfectly. One team member stayed online with me for over an hour, walking me through every step without ever making me feel rushed or frustrated. Even after our session, they continued to text me detailed instructions, photos, and helpful tips until the issue was completely resolved. This is the kind of customer service that’s hard to find these days. Their commitment to helping their customers is truly exceptional, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Very Pleased with Purchase
Company was very quick to respond to questions prior to ordering. Blinds look great and operate smoothly and quietly. The 100% blackout provides privacy. Very pleased with the color and aesthetics.
