GrayStudioReviews of graystud.io

I had a great experience working with GrayStudio. I initially reached out with a request to build a high-speed website capable of handling heavy traffic. The project was delivered on time, and the results fully met my expectations. What stood out the most was the team’s proactive approach. They didn’t just follow requirements but also suggested valuable insights that significantly improved the final outcome. After the successful launch, I asked GrayStudio to help with another website that had been built earlier by a different team. It had long-standing technical issues we were unable to fix on our own. GrayStudio resolved those problems in a very short time, which honestly exceeded my expectations. Communication throughout the process was clear and structured. All issues were explained in a simple and understandable way, which made collaboration smooth and stress-free. Additionally, I requested several landing pages, all of which were delivered on time and with excellent quality. Overall, GrayStudio is a reliable, skilled, and professional team that I would confidently recommend.

I work with Washington Intern Student Housing (WISH), and we brought GrayStud.io in to support our WordPress website after inheriting a build that looked okay at a glance, but felt messy in real use. The homepage was cluttered and not very logical, the mobile experience was chaotic, and we had recurring usability issues (including contact forms that didn’t feel reliable). Even the routine task of updating seasonal pricing was harder than it should have been. GrayStud.io became our ongoing support partner and steadily improved both performance and usability across the site – navigation/menu updates, rate and pricing updates, property page updates, homepage iterations (especially on mobile), FAQ improvements, and a rebuild of parts of our blog layout/structure (not writing content, but making it work better). The biggest win: the site now loads more than 4× faster. Beyond speed, everything reads cleaner, layouts feel properly aligned, and the mobile experience is dramatically better. We’ve also had fewer “random breaks” and less friction when urgent updates come up. Communication was smooth, they were proactive with recommendations, explained decisions clearly, and responded quickly when we needed changes. I’d recommend GrayStud.io to anyone who needs a reliable partner to fix and improve a real, existing website – especially if you can feel “something is off,” but don’t know where to start.
