Well after promising that all I needed to do was deposit and put in the withdrawal request the customer service team kept diaging out bonuses without ever mentioning they would affect my withdrawal also they said if I deposited I can withdraw the deposit straight away its just a formality thing and now refusing to even give me back my deposit which I was told will be returned to me straight away its been 6 days they have been lying to me daily and finally found out today.
