Hi Ruben. Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration, but please note that identity verification is a standard and necessary part of our process. In your case, the verification started a few weeks ago, and the documents provided so far have not met the required standards. We’re happy to assist further - please contact our support team.

Hi Jonathan. Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration and appreciate the time and effort you’ve put into playing. However, our bonus terms—specifically regarding back-to-back bonuses—are clearly stated and applied consistently to ensure fair play for all users. We’re always open to reviewing cases on their merits, but we cannot make exceptions based on public pressure or threats. If you believe there’s been a genuine misunderstanding, please contact our support team with your details so we can look into it further.

Hi Alfonso. Thank you for your feedback. With only so much information, we are not able to see which promotion you are referring to and if your account is eligible or not, but please get in contact with our Customer Support directly - they are happy to help with any promotion-related questions. We hope you give us another chance and that you will enjoy your time in the casino!

Hello Tracy. We're sorry to hear you felt misled - we understand how frustrating it can be when things don’t go as expected. While some promotional codes do have specific terms, we do offer a free bonus that’s clearly listed on our Promotions page, and it’s available to all eligible new players. We always recommend checking there first or reaching out to our support team, who can help guide you to the best available option for your account. Thank you for your feedback - it helps us improve how we communicate and support our players in the online casino experience.

Hi Namuli. Thanks for sharing your thoughts—we’re sorry to hear that your time with us didn’t meet your expectations. From what we can see, it looks like you didn’t get the chance to try out any of our games before deciding to leave, which is a shame—we think you might have enjoyed the experience! We understand that navigating bonuses can sometimes be tricky. There is a free bonus available on our Promotions page, and our support team is always happy to help if you need guidance. We appreciate your feedback and hope you’ll consider giving our online casino another try in the future.

Hello Meansab. Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern. For deposit purposes, we only request the last four digits of your SSN as part of a one-time verification process. This ensures a secure and smooth experience for you going forward. If you're experiencing any issues, we recommend trying the deposit again or using a different payment method. Should you need further assistance, our support team is happy to help. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to assisting you!

Hi Jolene. Thanks for your review. We're sorry to see the low rating, especially as we couldn't find any issues with your account, and we haven’t heard back after asking for more details. We see you successfully claimed and used a free bonus in line with our terms. You didn’t contact our support team with any concerns, so it’s unclear what the issue might be. While we’re glad to offer bonuses to new players, they’re meant to be part of a full gaming experience - not just for one-time use. At Grande Vegas, we’re committed to fair and enjoyable gaming for all our players. If there’s anything you’d like to discuss, we’re here and happy to help.
